I developed an interest in food when I was probably 25 or so and wanted to study and become a chef.

That was taken from me when I became allergic to shell fish. To this day I cannot be around anykind of shell fish. Not even cooked. Just the smell will send me into hives and possibly to the hospital.

So my dream of becoming a chef sort of died. I mean who wants a chef that cannot be around Seafood?
